Ability to work with dispatch and customers to provide safe and efficient transportation and delivery of goods.
Ensure that all DOT regulations are maintained and followed all traffic regulations and relative guidelines
Operates assigned equipment safely in accordance with company, Department of Transportation, and OSHA safety programs and rules
Operate equipment, such as cab computers, CB radios, Phones and GPS and necessary to perform job duties
Performs required pre and post trip inspection on equipment each day
Ensures possession of all paperwork, keys and other equipment needed to complete the job
Safely operate vehicle in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state and federal requirements
Preferably willing to spend 2-3 weeks out.
Must comply with HOS standards.
Perform other related duties as needed or assigned.
Work additional hours and occasional Weekends to meet business needs.
